Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why

• Waitlist. Your email address, so we can tell you when a drop opens. It is stored in our database and used for the welcome email and drop announcements.
• Contact form. Your name, email and message, so we can reply. It reaches us by email; the form does not keep a copy in our database.
• Orders. When you order on WhatsApp or by email we receive what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, delivery city and the items you want. We use it only to confirm, take payment for, deliver and support your order.
• Custom tee pictures. Pictures you send us on WhatsApp for a custom tee are used only to make that order.

Visit statistics

We count visits to see which pages people read and how they find us. For each page opened we record the page, the campaign code in the link if there is one (for example from a poster QR code), the website you came from, your approximate country and city, whether you use a phone, tablet or computer, and how long the page stayed open.

We never store your IP address. A visitor code, made from your connection and browser and changed every day, lets us count unique visitors for that day. It cannot identify you or follow you from one day to the next.

Cookies and storage

We set no cookies for visitors and use no advertising or third-party tracking. Your browser’s local storage keeps your bag, your language and your light or dark choice on your own device so the site remembers them. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Links to Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own policies.

Who handles your data

We use a few services to run the store: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (sending email), Google (our email inbox) and WhatsApp (chat orders). They handle data for us only to provide those services, and some of them store data outside Cameroon.

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising. We share it only with the services above, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove you.
• Messages and orders: as long as needed to answer you, deliver your order and keep basic business records.
• Visit statistics: anonymous, so they are kept as totals and trends.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or take you off the waitlist. Write to us using the details below and we will answer as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
