Drops and availability

Our pieces are released in limited drops and quantities, and stock can run out. If something you ordered is no longer available, we will tell you and offer you another choice or a refund of anything you have paid.

Pre-orders ship from the drop date shown on the site.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in XAF (FCFA). For now, orders are sent to us on WhatsApp or by email, and we confirm payment and delivery with you directly. When mobile money opens, you will be able to pay with MTN MoMo or Orange Money. An order is confirmed once we confirm it to you and payment is complete.

We will never ask for your card details, mobile money PIN or any password. Only pay using the details we send you from our WhatsApp number or email address shown on this site.

Delivery

We arrange delivery with you by city. The delivery fee and timing are confirmed with you before you pay. Please give us a correct address and a phone number we can reach, as we cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because of wrong details.

Sizes and colours

Please check the size guide before you order. Photos show our designs and colours as closely as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen and can vary a little between batches.

Custom tees

Custom tees are made to order from the picture you send us, and we confirm the design with you before we print. You confirm that you own the picture or have the right to use it. We may refuse a design that is unlawful, hateful or copies someone else’s work. Because they are made for you, custom tees cannot be returned unless they are faulty or printed differently from what we agreed.

Returns and exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos, and we will exchange it or refund you.

If the size does not fit, write to us within 7 days. We can exchange it for another size when the item is unworn and unwashed and that size is in stock.

Offers

Buy 3 tees, get a hoodie free: every order with 3 or more tees (custom tees included) gets one free hoodie, chosen from the hoodies in stock. Tell us which one and your size when you order, and we confirm it with your order. One free hoodie per order, while stocks last. We may end the offer at any time; orders we have already confirmed keep it.

The drawings, names, logos and photos on this site belong to The FakeWears. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Using the site

Please use the site fairly: no attempts to disrupt it, break into it or place orders by automated means. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.
